Breakfast at Serendipity. . . . .
Breakfast at Serendipity includes several choices daily including vegetarian and vegan choices, plus freshly brewed coffee, herbal teas, and juice.
Choices for your breakfast might include a garden omelet with/English muffin, stuffed French toast with pure maple syrup, vegan cashew French toast with pure maple syrup, and hot and hearty 7-grain cereal with choice of milk, Lactaid milk, soymilk or rice milk. (In the summertime we would offer a fabulous bowl of fresh fruit in place of the hot cereal.)
The selections for your next morning's breakfast might include garden scrambled eggs with an English muffin, vegetable frittata, quiche and oatmeal with choice of milk, Lactaid milk, soymilk or rice milk.

One entree is a low carbohydrate/high protein breakfast of eggs, meat and fresh fruit. Sausage links and soy sausage are available as additions to the breakfast you choose.
Selections are different each day, and all entrees include a serving of fresh fruit. We provide choices of butter or soy margarine when breads are served.
We have a refrigerator and microwave in our dining room for your use, and a refreshment buffet where instant coffee, as well as chilled sodas, iced tea and sparkling water, fresh fruit and snacks are available.
We do our best to accommodate your way of healthy eating. Please ask if your have questions about food at Serendipity.
